The True Experience – A Group Training Class
A “TRUE“ ly awesome blend of heart-pumping cardio, core work and strength training – all in one class! This unique, mindful way of training will give you an effective yet inexpensive total body workout. In each session, we’ll focus on cardiovascular and muscle strength, endurance, balance and flexibility – and then end with a relaxing, full-body stretch. Class size is limited to 5 students, so you’ll be sure to get a personalized experience. Safely and effectively improve your fitness level, and accomplish your goals in an energizing and fun group atmosphere!
